The dry pipe valve is located in the Sprinkler Room, Room # 006, that is accessible through the Men¿s Restroom, Room # 002, at ground level. The existing valve is a 4¿ Reliable Sprinkler Model EX. Refer to the attached product data sheet. The valve has been non-operational for an extended period of time. The valve is currently left open, allowing water to fill the sprinkler piping.
