Description: City of Winooski (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: 2026 Brisson Court and Cedar Street Stormwater Bumpouts Contract No. STR-27-01 Sealed Bids for the construction of the Project, submitted in an opaque package labeled “RFB STR-27-01” will be received at Winooski City Hall, attn: Finance Director, located at 27 West Allen Street, Winooski, VT 05404, until Tuesday, April 28, 2026 Wednesday, May 6, 2026, at 12:00 pm local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. A Bid tabulation will be sent to all Bidders after Bid opening. The Project includes the following Work: Installation of three stormwater bioretention bumpouts along curblines; replacement of two stormwater catch basin structures and portions of drainage pipe; relocation of portions of three sanitary sewer force mains and maintenance of wastewater flows during construction; installation of new cast-in-place concrete curbing around the Brisson Court cul-de-sac and the three bumpouts; adjusting frames and grates or covers on existing catch basins and manhole structures; resurfacing of bituminous concrete pavement; and all associated earthwork, erosion protection and sediment control, and traffic control.
