NOTICE TO PROPOSERS:

This addendum, which consists of 4 pages, shall be considered part of the Bid Documents for the

above-mentioned project as though it had been issued at the same time and incorporated integrally

therewith. Where provisions of the following supplementary data differ from those of the original Bid

Documents, this addendum shall govern and take precedence.

Proposers are hereby notified that they shall make any necessary adjustments to their Bid Form to

account for this addendum. It will be construed that each proposer’s proposal is submitted with full

knowledge of all modifications and supplemental data specified herein.

Attention is called to this:

1. Please find attached an updated Bid Form that shall be used in lieu of the Bid Form included

in the Bid Documents. The revised Bid Form clearly indicates there are no alternates in this

project.

2. Please see attached the 2026-2027 proposed school academic calendar for use in planning

shutdowns.
