The Town of Superior, Colorado (Town) is seeking Proposals from qualified consulting firms (Consultant) experienced and interested in providing an online and bilingual (Spanish) toolkit using ArcGIS StoryMap (or similar platform) to provide technical assistance to homeowners who wish to construct or convert an existing residential structure to an ADU. This is part of the Town’s Building Together Initiative, funded through the Town’s Department of Local Affairs (DOLA) Accessory Dwelling Unit Grant (ADUG).
