Project Description: The City of Brownsville is issuing a single, qualifications-based Request for Proposals (RFP) for Professional Engineering Services to deliver two trail projects: 1. Monte Bella Park Trail & 2. West Rail Trail to Brownsville Sports Park Trail. The City of Brownsville is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced firms for Professional Engineering Services. These services fall within the scope of work typically performed by individuals or firms licensed or certified by the State of Texas, including but not limited to professional engineers, architects, landscape architects, land surveyors, real estate appraisers, and certified public accountants.
