Project Description: MID is requesting bids from highly qualified Partial Procure and Construct (PPC) Contractors to participate in the solicitation for the Cooper Substation Upgrades project. This project entails the removal of two (2) 115 kV/20.78kV 28MVA transformers and installation of two (2) new 115kV/20.78kV 40 MVA transformers, along with the installation of all associated substructure and wiring required to fully complete the Cooper Substation T1 & T2 Changeout project. This is a Public Works Project and Prevailing Wage Laws Apply.
