Description: REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS ON-CALL APPRAISAL SERVICES The City of Lawrence’s Office of Planning and Development (Awarding Authority) is soliciting sealed bids to contract qualified On-Call Appraisal Services for a range of appraisal services related to residential, commercial, industrial, and vacant properties. The selected appraisal consultant(s) would be engaged by the Department through an on-call task order contract for a period of two (2) years, with an option for an additional one (1) year at the City’s discretion. MassDOT and Federal Yellow book experience preferred. Sealed Bids, marked Appraisal Services will be received until 2:00p.m. Monday, November 17, 2025 at the City Clerk’s Office, 200 Common Street, Lawrence, MA 01840, at which time they will be recorded.
