TO ALL PROSPECTIVE BIDDERS:

The following question(s) were submitted by potential bidders with answers listed below in red:

Q-1. Will the county provide a designated parking area for vendor personnel working on the

project?

A-1. No, the vendor will be responsible for making its own parking arrangements. If

necessary for the project the county may provide a designated area for a dumpster.

Q-2. Do payment and performance bonds or only bid bonds have to be submitted with the bid

submission?

A-2. Only a bid bond, or other approved bid guarantee form, must be submitted with

the bid submission. Payment and performance bonds are only required from the successful

vendor after contract award.

Q-3. Can we make additional site visits during the solicitation period.

A-3. Yes, Mr. Maurice Tutton can be contacted at 901-222-2401 or

Maurice.tutton@shelbycountytn.gov to coordinate additional site visits. Please note these

are not question and answer sessions. All questions must be submitted in writing to the

Buyer at christina.lemartin@shelbycountytn.gov.
