RFQ for Prison Roof Replacement Phase 2

BID# 188-26-104

Sealed bids for the Lackawanna County Prison Roof Replacement Phase 2 Project located at 1371 N. Washington Ave. Scranton, will be received by the county controller at 123 Wyoming Ave., 2nd Floor, Lackawanna County Government Center, Scranton, PA 18503 until 11 a.m. on July 23, 2026.  Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud the same day in the Commissioners Conference Room, 5th Floor, Lackawanna County Government Center, 123 Wyoming Avenue, Scranton, PA 18503 at 2 p.m.

Contract Documents may be obtained electronically by registering with Sarah Booher at sbooher@gpinet.com.  Bids must be submitted upon the forms furnished by the county.

There will be a mandatory pre-bid meeting held at 10 a.m. on July 8, 2026.  Information for the meeting will be emailed to registered plan holders.
