The overall project includes demolition of an existing structure and construction of a new 263‑space urban precast concrete parking deck with elevators, egress stairwells, emergency generators, fire pump, and approximately 7,000 SF of retail shell space along 7th Street. The overall project includes demolition of an existing structure and construction of a new 263‑space urban precast
