SCOPE: The San Antonio Water System is soliciting quotes for Brush, Algae Pool, Size 9 in., Stainless Steel Additional Reference Specifications: Item Description: Pool algae cleaning brush for removal of algae, dirt, and debris from pool walls, floors, steps, and hard-to-reach areas. Brush Size: 9 inches (230 mm) nominal width. Material (Frame/Handle): Corrosion-resistant stainless steel construction suitable for continuous use in wet and chemically treated pool environments. Bristles: Heavy-duty stainless steel wire bristles securely fastened to the brush body for effective algae removal. Handle Connection: Compatible with standard telescopic pool poles; equipped with reinforced mounting bracket or pole attachment. Durability: Resistant to rust, corrosion, pool chemicals, and UV exposure. Application: Suitable for commercial and industrial swimming pools, water tanks, fountains, and similar surfaces requiring aggressive algae removal. Finish: Smooth, burr-free stainless steel finish with no sharp exposed edges other than the intended bristle surface. Quality Requirements: New, unused, and free from defects in material and workmanship. Compliance: Manufactured in accordance with applicable industry standards for pool maintenance equipment.
