Bid documents can be obtained electronically through the City of Framingham’s Bidnet Direct portal on Wednesday, October 15, 2025 after 10:00 A.M www.bidnetdirect.com//cityofframingham Sealed bids must be submitted electronically through the City’s Bidnet Direct portal. Bids submitted through any other means, such as mail, email or hand delivery, will not be accepted and will be rejected by the City as non-responsive.
