Sealed bids will be received by the Allen County Board of Commissioners as provided in this
notice for the Allen County Administrative Office Furnishing Project. Questions may be directed
to and electronic copies of the Contract Documents, which include additional details, are on file
and available by contacting Christina Cave, at cavec@wdc-group.com.
Bids shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope addressed to Allen County Board of
Commissioners, ATTN: Brittany N. Woods, Clerk of Board, 204 N. Main Street, Suite 301, Lima,
Ohio 45801, and plainly marked on the outside "ALLEN COUNTY ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICE
FURNISHING PROJECT BID." Bids will be received until 2:00 p.m., local time June 2, 2026 and
immediately after the deadline the bids will be opened and publicly read aloud at the Allen
County Board of Commissioners located at 204 N. Main Street, Suite 301, Lima, Ohio 45801.
A pre-bid conference will be held on May 14, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. at the Allen County Board of
Commissioners Offices located at 204 N. Main Street, Suite 301, Lima, Ohio 45801.
All bids must include a Bid Guaranty, as described in the Instructions to Bidders. Prevailing
wage rates apply. No bidder may withdraw its bid within 60 days after the opening; the Board
reserves the right to waive irregularities, reject any or all bids, and conduct necessary
investigations to determine bidder responsibility.
