Summary Purpose of Solicitation: Chemical Waste Disposal to include: -Onsite chemical identification, segregation, and lab-packing. -Completion of EPA and DOT required documents (waste profiles, waste manifest, land ban forms, etc). -Loading and transportation of waste to designated disposal facility for processing and final disposal. Site location: Alabama Department of Forensic Sciences Birmingham Lab, 2026 Valleydale Road, Hoover, AL 35244. The Award will be to the supplier who met the specifications, and who can dispose of named chemicals. There will be no additional laboratory analysis to name the chemicals generated during testing or non-hazardous. There will be no chemical waste stream information available for the generated chemicals. The pricing provide will be for the complete job. In addition, this is a time sensitive service. Please see the item lines and provide a bid response. "Alabama Department of Forensic Sciences will consider our budget when processing an award to a supplier for items & services. The agency must stay within budget when awarding a purchase order."
