Project Description: The City of Waco, Texas (the "City") is seeking qualified firms to provide professional advisory services in two distinct but complementary service areas:
Service Area 1: Investment Advisory Services under the Texas Public Funds Investment Act
Service Area 2: Municipal Financial Products (MFP) Advisory Services
Respondents may propose to provide services for one or both service areas. The City reserves the right to engage one firm for both service areas or separate firms for each service area, depending on the qualifications and expertise demonstrated by respondents.
