ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
Project Name: Linton’s Barbershop Plaza

Sealed Bid Proposals will be received by the City of Tuscaloosa, at the Council Chamber of City
Hall, 2201 University Boulevard, on June 4, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. local time for this project, at which
time bids will be opened and read.
Pre-Bid Conference: Attendance at the MANDATORY Pre-Bid Conference is required in order for
a General Contractor to submit a bid on this Project. The Pre-Bid Conference will be held at the
Council Chamber of City Hall, 2201 University Boulevard, on May 21, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. local
time.
Project Scope: The project consists of general site civil, landscape and electrical work to build
a new park along Tuscaloosa’s Civil Rights Trail. The scope of work includes grading, sidewalks,
masonry, trellises, signage panels, landscaping and lighting/power upgrades.
Award of the contract will be made within fifty (50) calendar days from the date of the bid
opening.
Plans and Specifications: Plans and specifications and all related Contract Documents are open
for public inspection at the office of CCR Architecture & Interiors, located at 2920 1st Avenue
South, Birmingham AL 35233. The contact person for the project is Roman Gary, AIA. They can
