Description: The County of Lake – Community Development Department is seeking bids for   abatement services including but not limited to removal/hauling of waste, towing of vehicles and RVs, and demolition of structures.  Specifics are provided hereinafter. Sealed bids subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein will be received by the Purchasing Division of the Lake County Administrative Office, located on the first floor of the County Courthouse at 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, California, until 3:00 p.m. on , May 8th 2026 at which time they will be publicly opened. Any bid received after this time and date shall not be considered. B.        Vendor shall pay for all fees, permits, and licenses required for abatement work. C.        Insurance and Indemnification: Vendor will be required to provide evidence of Workers Compensation Insurance on all its employees and to procure and maintain, at Vendor’s own expense, upon themselves and their employees at all times during the course of this Agreement, Commercial General Liability and Automobile Liability Insurance, in an amount of not less than One Million dollars ($1,000,000.00) combined single limit coverage per occurrence.
