Project Description

The Water Authority is soliciting proposals from qualified firms for janitorial services at its Kearny Mesa Headquarters and Escondido Operations Center. The service provider must be reputable, and capable of furnishing required materials, equipment, transportation, supplies, tools, apparatus, incidentals, labor and supervision necessary to consistently provide reliable and thorough cleaning services for both Water Authority facilities as defined in this Request for Proposal. The successful Contractor is required to comply with the Displaced Janitor Opportunity Act, California Labor Code Sections 1060-1065. Refer to Exhibit F, Attachment B, San Diego County Water Authority General Terms and Conditions.
