Notes	The City of Warner Robins will receive sealed bids for the purchase of Scott Air-Pak X3 Pro SCBA Systems. Equipment must be compliant with NFPA 2018 or newer. The successful bidder shall furnish components which are regularly furnished as standards with this equipment. All questions must be submitted through the City's Ionwave bidding system by Monday, September 22, 2025 at 2:00 PM(ET). Each prospective bidder must submit their bid along with all required documents through IonWave by the designated date and time of Tuesday, September 23, 2025 at 2:00 PM(ET). The City of Warner Robins reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive informalities and technicalities, and to accept or reject any item or combination of items. The bid, if awarded, will be awarded to the responsible bidder whose bid will be most advantageous to the City of Warner Robins, price, availability, value and other factors considered.
