Description: INVITATION TO BID CFD Station #18 Daniel Island 235 Seven Farms Drive Charleston, SC 29492 The City of Charleston is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified and experienced General Contractors for the renovations to Fire Station #18.  The description of qualified bidders is outlined in Section 6 of the Instruction to Bidders. The scope of the work is interior renovations and modifications to the existing 11,363 SF building, as shown in the drawings.
