Description: The City of Monticello seeks a qualified contractor to design and construct custom skate park features within the existing skate park footprint. The project requires on-site fabrication and installation of all ramps and features, designed for users ages 5 and older. The existing concrete pad and stormwater drainage infrastructure shall remain unchanged. All new features must be compatible with the current surface and drainage patterns. Required features include a Pyramid Entrance, Custom Hip Quarter Pipe, Roll-In with W Quarter Pipe and Large Deck, Blended Quarter Pipe with Large Deck, Box Jump, Bump-to-Bump with Ledge, Stage, and A-Frame with Rail. The skate park must be open for public use no later than June 30, 2026.
