Background

Construction of an expansion to the existing Well 17 Well House in Caldwell, Idaho including: excavation and dewatering to construct improvements; modification and demolition of selected existing building elements; modifications and demolition of selected existing interior pump and piping; construction of building expansion including structural, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing and electrical; construction of new interior pumps and piping including electrical, construction of yard piping and utility relocation; site backfill, grading and restoration.
