Description: Blythe Island Regional Park Restroom Pad and Utilities Project (Re-Bid) IFB25-030 INVITATION FOR BID This is an invitation to submit a bid to the Glynn County Board of Commissioners for: The Board of Commissioners of Glynn County, Georgia (“the Owner”) seeks proposals from interested qualified firms to construct a rock (gravel) building pad at an elevation of 10.0 and concrete sidewalks, installation and connection of new water and sewer lines (including sewage grinder pump and basin and tapping in of the new proposed water/sewer lines to the existing water service and existing septic tank) and all electrical work to supply electricity to the facility for full electrical functions and operations according to the specifications contained herein. Sealed bids will be accepted and time stamped electronically via the County's e-procurement Portal ("Portal") until 1:30 pm on Wednesday, November 13, 2024 . At 2:00 bids will be opened in conference room 224 located on the second floor of the Harold Pate Building which is located at 1725 Reynold Street Brunswick, GA. Additionally, the bid opening will be streamed live on the County's YouTube Channel. Instructions for preparation and submission of a bid-proposal are contained in this packet. Bids must be typed or printed in ink. Bids submitted for this invitation must include the "Bidders Response Schedule" and be returned online via the Portal. Bids may not be considered unless so received. There will be a Non-Mandatory pre-bid meeting for this project held on Friday, October 18, 2024 at 11:00 am at Administrative Conference Room #216 at Harold Pate Building 1725 Reynolds Street Brunswick, GA 31520 .  Any questions and /or misunderstandings that may arise from this invitation shall be submitted in writing via the e-Procurement Portal no later than Wednesday, October 23, 2024 . All Questions and Answers submitted will be posted to the website no later than Wednesday, October 30, 2024 . All questions are required to be submitted in written form. Answers to questions submitted that materially change the conditions and specifications of this invitation for bid will be promulgated to all addressees as an addendum. Any discussions or documents will be considered non-binding unless incorporated and promulgated in an addendum. All contact concerning this solicitation shall be made through the Procurement Officer. Bidders shall not contact County employees, Department Heads, Evaluation Committee Members or Elected Officials with questions or any other concerns about the solicitation.
