Bidders are to meet at the vacant lot located at 3099 W. 13th Street North, Wichita, KS 67203 beginning at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, August 7, 2026. Attendance is not mandatory; however, this will be the only time to meet directly with County staff and the architect to answer questions concerning this project. General contractors are encouraged to have their subcontractors attend this meeting to assess the site conditions
