Notice is hereby given that the City of Mobile will receive quotes for the above stated project on December 3, 2025, no later than 3:00 PM local time at the email address’ Roger.Washingington@cityofmobile.org & Emma.Dean@cityofmobile.org. A mandatory pre-quote conference shall be held on November 20, 2025, at Unity Point Park, 900 Spring Hill Avenue, Mobile, Alabama 36604 at 2:30 PM.  A representative of the Quoter is encouraged to be present at the meeting. Quoters shall visit the site prior to submitting a Quote and include all costs associated with the project in their Quotes.  This project is Tax Exempt.
