Bid 20813 - Vendor Service Contract for Furnishing and Installation of Valve Actuators

For this bid, the City of Milwaukee is using a Bonfire portal for accepting and evaluating proposals digitally.

All required documents are available for download on the Bonfire portal.

Your submission must be uploaded, submitted, and finalized prior to the Closing Time of August 12, 2025 at 4:30 PM CT. We strongly recommend that you give yourself sufficient time and at least ONE (1) hour before Closing Time to begin the uploading process and to finalize your submission.

Important Notes:

The City's Living Wage Ordinance applies to this bid. The "Affidavit of Compliance with Living Wage Provision" must be submitted with the bid.

The awarded Contractor will be required to submit proof of Insurance. Please refer to the Insurance Requirments section on the Invitation to Bid form.

The mandatory on-site pre-bid meeting will be held on Thursday, July 31, 2025 at 8:00 AM CT at:

LINNWOOD PLANT - 3000 N. LINCOLN MEMORIAL DRIVE, MILWAUKEE, WI 53211

All interested bidders must attend this meeting in order to bid.
