Description: PURCHASING BID NO. 26-300 Depot Park Storm Water Improvements ADDENDUM NO. 1 March 10, 2026 The following Addendum is hereby issued by the undersigned on behalf of the City of Ardmore regarding subject project. The following specifications, clarifications and directions are hereby provided:Â This bid for subject project has been cancelled. Due to unforeseen circumstances, it has been determined that opening the bid at this time will be woefully premature. We will reissue a new bid at a later time that is better suited to move forward with the work on this project. Issuance of Addenda. This Addendum shall be distributed by email to known bidders. The signed original of any such addenda shall be retained on file at the offices of the City Purchasing Department. This Addendum shall become a part of the contract documents, plans and specifications to the same extent as though it were originally included therein and supersedes previously issued requirements to the contrary. Acknowledgment of receipt of this Addendum must be included in the Bid Form.
