The Project includes the removal of obsolete equipment and installation of new dimming and control systems, as well as all necessary configuration and testing to ensure full operational functionality.

There will be a Mandatory Information Session with respect to this RFP on May 7, 2026 at 9:00AM, Waterbury Arts Magnet School, 16 South Elm Street, Waterbury CT 06787 , Meet & sign in at Main Lobby Entrance. ATTENDANCE AND ON-TIME SIGN-IN AT THE INFORMATION SESSION IS MANDATORY. THOSE LATE/NOT ATTENDING WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE TO SUBMIT A PROPOSAL.
