Cont’d Bathroom #1 (Main Bedroom)

Enclose wall opening (right side) approximately 32” x 25”, using cement

block with plaster finish. Apply paint to complete the finishing of the

affected interior and exterior area. Use or match the paint color of the

existing paint or the closest color possible.

Enclose wall opening (left side) approximately 32” x 25”, using cement

board. Apply paint to finish. Use or match the paint color of the existing

paint or the closest color possible.

Bedroom #2

Remove the existing door and install a new 32” hollow core door, including all

necessary hardware. Apply paint to finish. Use or match the paint color of the

existing door paint color or the closest color possible.

Bedroom #3

Install a disconnect box for the existing split-type AC unit.

Bathroom #2 (Hallway)

Remove the old shower diverter and shower system and install a new shower

diverter and a new shower system. Retile all affected areas. Use or match the

tile color of the existing tiles or the closest color possible.

Bedroom #4

Remove the existing door jamb and door and install a new door jamb and a

new 36” hollow core door, including all necessary hardware. Apply paint to

finish. Use or match the paint color of the existing door paint color or the

closest color possible.

Install a disconnect box for the existing split-type AC unit.

Repair the ceiling crack. Scrape all peeling off paint and bubbles. Repair and

apply caulking sealant on all ceiling cracks. Apply one (1) coat of primer and

two (2) coats of semi-gloss latex (white) paint.

Extension

Repair roof cracks. Repair with the epoxy injection method if structural or with

water penetration, and apply waterproof caulking sealant if hairline or

superficial cracks. Paint the roof with one (1) coat of primer and two (2) coats

of elastomeric silicone (white) paint.

Terminate the existing drainage system and relocate the drainage system to

address water ponding.
