The successful Bidder(s) shall be responsible for providing all leased robotic mowing equipment and services at the prices specified herein during the term of the lease agreement to be used on an as-needed basis by the District. The performance of the successful Bidder(s) shall be in accordance with the terms of the specifications set forth herein. Failure to comply with these requirements may be cause for Bid rejection or award cancellation.
