Description: NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS Sealed proposals will be received at the office of the City Clerk of the City of Kingsburg, 1401 Draper Street, Kingsburg, CA 93631 until 2:00p.m. on August 25, 2026 at which time they will be publicly opened and read at said office, for construction in accordance with the specifications therefore, to which special reference is made as follows: VARIOUS RRFB ENHANCEMENTS CRPL 5170(071) The work to be done consists, in general, furnishing and installing Rectangular Rapid Flashing Beacon (RRFB) systems, including pole foundations; solar systems; flashing beacons; minor sidewalk removal and replacement; pavement delineation and striping; furnishing and installing signage; and minor pavement rehabilitation. Plans and specifications applying to this project may be reviewed and purchased at: Peters Engineering Group, 862 Pollasky Avenue, Clovis, California 93612 at the non-refundable price of $40.00 per set. Checks shall be made payable to the City of Kingsburg. Plans and specifications may also be viewed on the website of the Central California Builders Exchange and the Tulare / Kings County Builders Exchange or downloaded from the City’s website. Bidders are responsible for monitoring the City’s website for any project addendums and submitting the acknowledged addendums with the bid documents. Any bid proposal submitted without all addendums acknowledged will be deemed non-responsive.
