In accordance with Section 143-131 of the North Carolina General Statutes, the City of Lexington is soliciting informal quotations for resurfacing and full depth reclamation on multiple City roads.

Bids will be received on or before 12:00 pm noon, on Monday, May 18th, 2026, to the Public Services Director Mike Horney at the City of Lexington City Hall, 28 W. Center Street, Lexington, North Carolina 27292.  Bids can be mailed but the preferred method of delivery is email to Mike Horney jmhorney@lexingtonnc.gov

Plans and specifications and any questions regarding the bid can be obtained from Mike Horney jmhorney@lexingtonnc.gov electronically via email request Monday - Friday 9:00am - 4:00pm
Bidders will be required to comply with all applicable statutes and regulations and those attached to and made a part of the proposal.
