Notes	The City of Davenport is currently accepting bids from qualified vendors for electrical system preventive maintenance that includes cleaning, inspection, and testing of switchgear. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on January 29 , 2026 at 2: 00 PM at the Water Pollution Control Plant located at 2606 South Concord Street. This will be a time for contractors to visually inspect the equipment to be serviced under this contract, review the scope of work, address any questions or concerns, and discuss the City’s expectations. All contractors intending to bid on this project must have a representative in attendance. Bids must be submitted through the City of Davenport e-bidding system (https://davenport.ionwave.net); no emails, faxes, paper copies or any other submission method will be accepted.  Within the system, each tab of the Invitation to Bid must be reviewed and responded to accordingly.
