NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS CDBG Improving Local Livability (CHILL) Program Homeowner Improvement Project (HIP) 823 S Pine St, Ishpeming, MI 49849 Marquette County Planning Division 234 West Baraga Ave., Marquette, Michigan 49855 DUE DATE: Friday, July 25, 2025 by 2:00 p.m. local time

The County of Marquette, acting in its capacity as the CDBG Grant Administrator, is seeking a Michigan Licensed Contractor and Lead Renovation, Repair and Painting Program (RRP) certified firm with at least one Lead Abatement Supervisor for the rehabilitation of a single family residential home located at 823 S Pine St, Ishpeming, MI 49849. The proposal should provide a straightforward, complete and concise description of your company’s capabilities to satisfy the requirements of the RFP.
