Notes	Olmsted County invites consulting firms with facility condition assessment and comprehensive planning experience to submit proposals for the purpose of updating a facility condition assessment study for the Facilities and Building Operations Department. The department is responsible for the maintenance and capital improvements for approximately a hundred and five (105) buildings and associated sites. Eighty-nine (89) of those buildings and approximately 1,400,000 square feet have been identified as a higher priority for means of the initial assessment.
