NOTICE TO BIDDERS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Proposals will be received for the Contract DuPage Circuit Clerk CMS and Web Software Development and Support With Government Cloud Hosted Storage 26-084-CCC on or before October 2, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. Solicitation documents, including specifications, may be obtained by email at donna.weidman@dupagecounty.gov or at www.DemandStar.com. All Proposals must be received prior to the date and time shown in the table below.

Effective January 21, 2025, the County of DuPage (“County”) is only accepting proposals electronically at
donna.weidman@dupagecounty.gov. Electronic signatures are allowed and Proposals do not have to be
notarized. The County accepts no responsibility for transmission failures or content omissions. Proposals
transmitted in person, by mail or by facsimile (“Fax”) will not be accepted.

DuPage County accepts no responsibility for transmission failures. Bidders shall be responsible to confirm
receipt of its submission.

Proposal openings are open to the public. All openings will be attended by two (2) County employees.

STATEMENT OF WORK

The Clerk of the 18th Judicial Circuit Court (herein after known as “the Clerk”) is issuing this Request
for Proposal (RFP) to acquire Software Development Consulting Services to enhance and maintain its
existing core Case Management System, web applications and web-services applications.
