Description: Town of Christiansburg Purchasing Office 100 East Main Street Christiansburg, VA 24073 May 19, 2025 RFP #255000023 Walnut Creek Bridge Replacement The intent and purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit for consultant firms/teams interested to serve as the Prime Consultant for: Walnut Branch Bridge Replacement (UPC 121020) The proposed project consists of a complete bridge replacement of the structurally deficient, weight-restricted, 90-year old structure located on Depot Street over Walnut Branch. The existing structure is a simple span cast-in-place reinforced concrete T-beam with 4 beams supported on cast-in-place reinforced concrete breastwall abutments.
