ADVERTISEMENT for 2025 LMIG STREET RESURFACING

ADDENDUM No. 1

The City of Pine Lake 425 Allgood Road, Pine Lake, Georgia 30072 - 2025 LMIG Street Resurfacing Project is hereby revised as instructed throughout attached ADDENDUM No. 1.

This Addendum forms a part of the contract documents and modifies the original bid documents. The following items list below shall take precedence over the originally published bid documents for the above-named project and shall become a part of the contract documents.

Questions shall be emailed to neddagenhard@pinelakega.net Attention: Pine Lake City LMIG SERVICES 2025.  Questions will be received by Thursday, June 26, 2025, at 2:00 pm. Responses will be made through an addendum posted on the City’s website. Respondents shall provide email addresses on facsimile and/or at time of package request and/or pick up.  Submittals will be opened for review on Thursday July 3, 2025 @ 2:00 pm.
