Mechanically remove obstruction (including any debris included with obstruction) in the Bullerman Drain
in St. Joseph TWP /SEC 36 (See map for location).

Remove dead tree across the top of bank and all obstructions, sticks, debris, and dead-leaning trees in the impacted area,
which may cause future obstructions. Please include any de-brushing that needs to be done to complete the work in your
bid. All trees must be hauled away; trash and rubbish shall also be hauled away. All areas (yards, sidewalks, pathways,
curbs, streets, private property) disturbed/damaged during work shall be restored to pre-existing condition. Bid project as a
lump sum. In your bid, should any unforeseen additional work be required beyond the specified scope, it must be discussed
and approved by the project manager. 30-day completion, weather permitting. All repairs are subject to ACSO approval -
48 Hr. Notification for inspection is required before work can begin.
