NOTICE INVITING BIDS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the CITY OF TRACY (hereinafter “City”) requests bids (NIB) from qualified proposers to provide repair and replastering services to Joe Wilson Pool.  The purpose of this NIB is to obtain competitive proposals that will provide the best value to the City of Tracy. Proposals will be received in the office of:

UP TO 2:00 P.M., MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 8, 2025

1. The services to be performed by the successful bidder are described in the NIB. The general Scope of Services is to provide repair and replastering services to the Joe Wilson pool.
2. Any changes or request for clarification to the NIB will be posted on the City’s website in the form of an addendum. Proposers shall periodically check City’s website at www.cityoftracy.org for any addenda issued for this request and acknowledge the inclusion in NIB documents.
3. A pre-bid conference will be held on, Friday, August 29, 2025 at 10:00 AM. The pre-bid conference will be held at Joe Wilson Pool, 900 W. Lowell Ave. Tracy, CA.
4. NIBs shall be submitted and clearly marked as follows: “SEALED BID FOR REPLASTERING AND REPAIR OF JOE WILSON POOL – DO NOT OPEN WITH REGULAR MAIL”
5. One hard copy and one electronic copy of the NIB shall be provided in the sealed envelope. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive any irregularities. The City will award the contract to one proposer. The City also reserves the right to reduce/increase the Scope of Service.
