Bid Title:	DBQ RFQ - Fluroosilicic Acid FY24

Description: The City of Dubuque Water Department is requesting sealed bids for the purchase and delivery of Hydrofluorosilicic Acid for fiscal year 2024 ending June 30, 2024. The Hydrofluorosilicic Acid to be supplied shall be highest quality, clean and free of any visible suspended matter, shall contain between 20-30 percent Hydrofluorosilicic Acid by weight, and be suitable for use in the treatment of potable water. The product shall meet or exceed the provisions of the American Water Works Association Standard for Hydrofluorosilicic Acid (ANSI/AWWA B703-11) and all subsequent revisions or corrections).
