Project Description: Houston Community College (HCC) is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide all materials, equipment, labor, insurance, tools, supplies, and other expenses necessary to deliver Parade Float and Related Services. The purpose of this request is to allow HCC to purchase services from your firm while remaining in compliance with state, federal laws, and requirements. HCC reserves the right to award separate contracts to multiple contractors.
