Description: The City of Portland is hereby soliciting bids from firms interested and qualified to provide Plumbing Services. The City intends to enter into a Service Agreement (also referred to herein as a "Contract") for these services. The sealed bid must be marked on the outside “RFB 5282 FOR CITY-WIDE PLUMBING SERVICES” along with the bidder’s name and address as instructed in the RFB. All Bids must be addressed and delivered to: Annette Hall – City Secretary, City of Portland City Hall, 1900 Billy G. Webb Dr., Portland, TX 78374 by no later than 2:00 PM (CT) on April 8, 2025, at which time the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Any bids received after the due date and time will be deemed late, non-responsive and will not be considered. All bids must be complete, accurate and in the City-approved format as specified.
