Description: SCOPE OF WORK – The City of Suffolk has issued this sealed Request for Proposal (RFP) for the purpose of obtaining responsive proposals from qualified firms to provide the leasing, including maintenance services, of pad generators for City  facilities including: Suffolk City Hall, Airport, Fire and Rescue Facilities, Police Facilities, Potable Water Pumping Stations, Communications Facilities, Health and Human Services Facilities, Schools, Sanitary Sewer Pumping Stations, Water Treatment Plant, Emergency Shelters and other designated sites. The contract will automatically renew during these periods. The City retains the sole right not to renew the contract by providing thirty (30) day written notification prior to expiration of the term.
