ANDREWS MARINA UPLOAD RECONSTRUCTION The City of Panama City, Florida, a Florida municipal corporation located in Bay County, Florida (“City”), will receive bids for the Invitation to Bid (ITB) No.PC26-049~St. Andrews Marina Upland Reconstruction project until Tuesday, August 25, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. Central Time (CT) (the “Bid Submission Due Date and Time”), at which date and time the bids received will be opened and read publicly in City Hall, Lower Level, Room 010, located at 501 Harrison Avenue, Panama City, Florida 32401.
