Project Description: The City of Brownsville is seeking proposals from experienced and qualified consultants or firms/consortium to provide a comprehensive BTX Housing Plan that will guide the City’s future development in the next ten (10) years and includes a mix of housing typologies, in addition to affordable housing strategies. Tasks shall include, but are not limited to, community engagement, research and market analysis, housing demands and gaps, initiatives, action plans, identifying funding sources, preparation of an executive summary/background report for the BTX Housing Plan, and drafting and finalizing the BTX Housing Plan.
