Description: The City has been working with a vendor for scanning, digitizing, and indexing a variety of records since a Request for Proposal (RFP) was issued, and the original contract awarded, in 2010. The City seeks a vendor to continue providing scanning, indexing and quality control services compatible with the City’s document management system, Laserfiche.
