ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS

Sealed proposals will be received by the Division of Public Works, State of Idaho, at 1118 F Street,

Lewiston, Idaho 83501 until 2:00 p.m. local Pacific time, on Thursday, April 9, 2026, for DPW Project

25160, Parrish House Renovations, Lewis-Clark State College, Lewiston, Idaho.

A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include: the installation of a full fire sprinkler

system, upgrades to the fire alarm system, and disabled accessibility upgrades to the existing Parrish House,

623 6th Avenue, Lewiston, Idaho, student residence hall at Lewis-Clark State College.

Proposals will be opened and publicly read at the above hour and date.

There will be a Pre-Bid Conference on Tuesday, March 24th, 2026, beginning at 3:00 p.m.., prevailing local

pacific time, at the Lewis-Clark State College Parrish House, 623 6th Avenue, Lewiston, Idaho 83501.

Bidders are encouraged to attend.

One set of documents may be obtained by licensed general contractors and by licensed mechanical and

electrical subcontractors from the Design Professional for a refundable deposit of $200. Others may obtain

documents at cost, non-refundable.

A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount, including any add alternates, is required. A Public

Works Contractor's License for the State of Idaho is required to bid on this work.

Estimated Cost: $495,000
