Description: Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received by the Board of Carroll Township Trustees at the Ottawa County Engineer’s Office 8247 W State Route #163, Oak Harbor, Ohio, until 11:00 o’clock A.M., local time, April 15, 2026 at which time bids will be opened for the BODI ROAD TR #234 INTERSECTION IMPROVEMENT PROJECT AT STATE ROUTE #2 as per specifications and plans prepared by the County Engineer. Only pre-qualified contractors are eligible to submit bids for this project.  Pre-qualification status must be in force at the time of bid, at the time of award, and through the life of the construction contract. All contractors and subcontractors involved with the project shall follow the 2 CFR Part 184 Guidelines regarding BUY AMERICA PREFERENCES FOR INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECTS, agree to 2 CFR Part 175 AWARD TERM FOR TRAFFICKING IN PERSONS, and follow the guidance in FHWA 1273. This project falls under the federal requirements of the Davis-Bacon Act for prevailing wages.  Contractor compliance with the Federal and State of Ohio Equal Employment Opportunity Requirements shall be required.
