Description: NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS Notice is hereby given that sealed Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) will be received by the City Engineer of the City of Marina, located at 209 CYPRESS AVENUE, MARINA, CALIFORNIA, until Monday, September 21, 2026 at 2:00 PM, for furnishing all labor, equipment, materials, and other items necessary to execute the City of Marina Airport Engineering, Financial Consulting, and/or Planning/Environmental Services On-Call Contract 2026 City of Marina is inviting Statements of Qualifications from qualified firms to provide one or more of the requested Airport Engineering, Airport Environmental, Airport Planning, and Airport Financial Consulting Services at the City of Marina Airport. City of Marina seeks qualified firm(s) (Consultants) with experience, expertise, and qualifications to provide one or more of the requested service categories with high availability and excellent support. Statements of Qualifications may be submitted for one or more of the following service categories: Airport Engineering Services Airport Environmental Services Airport Planning Services Airport Financial Consulting Services Firms may submit Statements of Qualifications for any combination of the listed service categories. This RFQ will result in the award of one or more on-call professional services agreements with an initial three-year term through June 30, 2029. The agreement(s) between the City and the selected consultant will be subject to all applicable Federal Rules and Regulations as identified in AC 150/5100-14E. The Statement of Qualifications (SOQ), which includes copies of signed addenda acknowledgement, if any, must be clearly marked on the outside as follows: “STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS – City of Marina Airport Engineering, Financial Consulting, & Airport Planning/Environmental Services On-Call Contract” Attention of contractor is called to the fact that effective January 1, 1977, the Director of the State DIR is required to determine the general prevailing rate of minimum wages to be paid to the various craftsmen and laborers required to construct said improvements. The City Council is cognizant of the prevailing rate of per diem rates and the general prevailing rate for holiday and overtime work in the locality in which the public work is to be performed for each craft, classification or type of workman needed to execute this contract and has made this information a part of the Specifications and Contract for said work by reference thereto The City reserves the right to reject any or all Statements of Qualifications and to determine which SOQ(s), in its judgment, are the most qualified and responsive to the City's needs. The City also reserves the right to waive any informality or irregularity in any SOQ. SOQs received after the due date and time will not be considered. Consultants may not withdraw their Statement of Qualifications after the time established for receipt, or before the award and execution of the contract, unless the award is delayed for a period exceeding ninety (90) days.
